Inicio Apparel LLC — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Inicio Apparel mobile application (“App”) or visiting inicioapparel.com (“Website”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using our services.

2. User Accounts

To place orders, users may create an account using accurate and complete information.

Users are responsible for:

  • Keeping account login credentials secure
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date personal information
  • All activities performed under their account

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Violation of platform policies
  • False or misleading information

3. Retail & Wholesale Services

We provide the following services:

  • Retail shopping for general customers
  • Wholesale ordering for verified businesses

Wholesale access requires prior approval and may be revoked if misuse or policy violations are identified.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful PayPal payment
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Taxes and shipping fees may apply based on location
  • Accurate delivery information must be provided

We are not responsible for:

  • Failed or declined PayPal transactions
  • Fees or charges applied by PayPal or your bank

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary based on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier service performance
  • Product availability

Shipment tracking details will be provided when available.

6. Returns & Refunds

Retail orders may be eligible for returns within the defined return period, provided products are unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Wholesale orders are generally final unless a verified product defect or incorrect shipment is confirmed.

All content available through the App and Website, including but not limited to:

  • Product images and photography
  • Application layout and functionality
  • Text, graphics, and digital assets

is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

Users must not:

  • Engage in fraudulent purchasing or activities
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt platform functionality
  • Upload malicious or harmful content
  • Violate applicable local, national, or international laws

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Delivery delays
  • Third-party service failures, including PayPal and courier providers
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Users assume full responsibility for their use of the App and Website.
