RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Retail Exchange Policy

Retail customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unused and unworn
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • Original receipt or order number is provided
  • Item is clean and in resalable condition

Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Exchanges are allowed only for size changes. For a different item, the customer must pay any applicable price difference.

Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Sale & Discounted Items

Sale and promotional items are considered final sale:

  • Not eligible for refunds
  • Not eligible for color changes
  • Eligible only for size exchange, subject to stock availability

If the required size is not available, no exchange will be possible.

3. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders are final sale. However, a return may be requested subject to a $0.60 restocking fee per unit.

Exceptions apply only when:

  • An incorrect product was shipped
  • A confirmed manufacturing defect is identified

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with clear photos or video evidence.

Approved cases will be resolved through replacement of the defective or incorrect product.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

Resolution process:

  • We will review the claim
  • The correct product will be re-delivered after verification

No refunds will be issued for damaged or incorrect items.

5. Exchange Process

After review and approval, we will provide detailed return instructions. Unauthorized or unapproved returns may be refused.

6. Final Decision

Inicio Apparel LLC reserves the right to:

  • Inspect all returned products
  • Approve or reject exchange requests if conditions are not met

All decisions made by Inicio Apparel LLC shall be final and binding.
